J&S motors began as a partnership in 1926 with John Nydam and Stuart Vanden Akker.

In 1928, Stuart bought the interest of John and continued the business on his own.

In 1937, Stuart took on the Nash franchise.

Nash Kelvinator and Hudson Motors merged in 1957 to become American Motors.

J&S Motors incorporated in 1956.

American Motors was purchased by the Chrysler Corporation in 1988.

Since 1988, J&S Motors has been an independant dealership concentrating on quality pre-owned vehicles. We are now in the third generation of the same family and enjoy counting among our clients third generation customers.
